      Accepted E-mail to Fax Attachments

      Our e-mail to fax service accepts a number of different formats to send documents with.

       

      Documents, pictures, and files can be attached to e-mails destined for faxing in the following formats:

      • JPG image (.jpg)
      • PDF document (.pdf)
      • Adobe PostScript (.ps)
      • TIFF image (.tiff)
      • Microsoft Word Document (.doc / .docx)
      • Microsoft Excel (.xls / .xlsx)
      • Comma Separated Value (.csv)
      • HyperText Markup Language (.html / .htm)
      • Plain text formats (.txt)

       

      If you experience issues faxing via e-mail using one of the above formats, please open a ticket with our support team via this website or through e-mail at support@rival5.com with the date and time you attempted faxing the documents.
