Call Log Data Record Retention Period

Retention periods for CDRs and call logs with Rival5

Call data records are housed within Rival5 instances for easy access for 60 days by default. These records are available within the administration portal web interface for your instance under the Call Logs page. All call data records as well as individual call legs are separately stored in cold storage for an indefinite amount of time for future reference or requests.
